The staff were very kind, though they couldn't be flexible about an early check-in. My room was clean and fine, but the toilet was so tiny you couldn't fit inside while brushing your teeth. The TV and internet weren't working during my stay. Noise could be an issue too, so if you're sensitive to it and don't use earplugs, ask for a room away from the lift. I was comfortable there overall, and for the price it's very recommendable.

For a one-night stay, the clean room covered the basics. Mine was dark because its window looked straight onto a nearby building. I also found the service just so-so: during my four days there, housekeeping never cleaned the room, and the bottled water wasn't replaced unless I asked reception.

This was my seventh time staying at My Seven Times, and I spent six days there this time. Everything was good, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to my room steward Fitri, who always left my room clean and shining, and to Mega, Erlangga, security guard Pak Udin, Ilham, and the others. Thanks for the excellent service, guys.

The location is good, and the place is really comfortable and clean. They have room service too. I highly recommend it.

The bed is good for the price, and the room is clean, but the internet keeps dropping. I have to reconnect every five minutes, and mobile data barely works in the room, so I need the Wi-Fi. It's hard to get by without internet. I can't understand how a hotel in 2025 still can't provide a stable connection.
