IndoMaret, BNI, and local food are just around the corner. My room on the 2nd floor had warm water, and the repair work there seemed to be finished. The place gave me the impression that renovations are ongoing, despite some negative reviews. There were no bars on the outside window, and the room price didn't include breakfast or free water bottles. It was enough for a basic dry stay with airco.

The check-in was a mess: we waited outside for 2h because nobody showed up, and the phone number couldn't be reached. The room was dirty, smelled bad, had no windows, and looked nothing like the photos. There was mold on the walls, and the hot water, wifi, and ac didn't work. We booked multiple nights and asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else, since this place wasn't somewhere we could stay. They refused to return our money. Disgusting place.

We had a bad experience here and really wouldn't recommend the hotel. The owner's service was poor too. For example, she wouldn't let us turn on the water for a while.

The room was dirty, had cobwebs, and didn't match the photos. The air conditioning wasn't cold, and the stairs were steep. There was no receptionist. I found the marketing, facilities, and service very bad, and the owner of this boarding house labeled a scam hotel was unfriendly, arrogant, annoying, and a hero. I'm really sorry I stayed here. If you're thinking of staying, don't. Cherish your money and your heart.
