Great.

It was good.

I booked on Agoda expecting an air-conditioned room, but on arrival I was told there was no AC. The app said the booking couldn't be refunded, even though what I got wasn't what I thought I'd booked. What kind of way is that to make money? People just want an honest living, and a place to rest matters. Are you really profiting from this?

I checked out that same night feeling completely disregarded. I'd already paid, and I was only looking for somewhere to rest because it was late to travel back to Depok with a toddler. When I first went into the room, the lights were out and the TV wouldn't work, which made my child uncomfortable. I went to ask for help while carrying my child, but the staff just stared and kept playing games. They didn't come over or offer a decent solution. The service was really bad and they had no manners at all. The place was noisy, with lots of people around who seemed unclear. Please take that little bit of money, but be careful choosing a place to stay. 😊
