We spent four days here and loved having in-room dining most nights because the food was good. Pras especially looked after us and made it a five-star experience, handling all our requests with real care and understanding, even with our 5mo baby along. The hotel was in a great spot in the middle of the city, close to amenities but far enough from the traffic that we couldn’t hear it. The pool was spacious, the park was great for kids, and everyone we met was really nice. A great place for families.

Our wedding anniversary happened to fall during our visit, and the dining experience at Shangri-La Jakarta made the day feel even more special. The Ramadan spread had lots of delicious, flavorful dishes, all nicely presented. Even with the busy season, everything was arranged and run smoothly. Executive Sous Chef Mr. Rizki Wijatmoko deserves special thanks. We were welcomed warmly, and the attentive, professional service and his hospitality made the occasion memorable. The rooms were spotless, and the Nespresso machine was a nice extra. The air conditioning worked really well, which is a must for an expat. I also liked the indoor bikes in the gym. Satoo had a great range of food, and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

We spent four days at Shangri-La and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. They arranged a surprise and a tent for my kid, and even put together takeaway breakfast for our early flight. The spa and pool were very good, relaxing, and family-friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted great, and the place stayed very clean. We enjoyed the whole stay and would definitely return!

The room was spacious, had a lovely interior, and came with a balcony. We stayed four nights in an Executive Suite, and the food was TASTY! The staff at Satoo, Horizon Club, the Swimming Pool, Room Service, and Frontliners all made us feel sincerely welcome. My boyfriend and I were both very happy with Shangri-La Jakarta and might come back. I forgot to take room pictures, but I do have a video. The quiet air-conditioning really helped us sleep well, too. Thank you, Shangri-La Jakarta ❤️
