The app still shows the listing even though they say they no longer work with Oyo. I lost money and didn't get a refund. Better to book directly through the app than have your money stolen.

Guests pay through the OYO app, then can't check in because the hotel says it hasn't worked with OYO for almost three years. The listing is still registered and being sold. Both the guest and hotel lose out, since the guest loses money and the hotel's reputation takes a hit. Please help with this app, it feels like a scam.

We paid, then messaged them on WhatsApp and were told they hadn't received the order. It's fraud. This isn't about the price, it's about honesty, guy.
