I own a unit here, and so far I think this is the most strategically located apartment you can find in central Jakarta. The location is great, but the service is amazing too. The concierge team is the most helpful I've come across in Indonesian apartments, even compared with the most expensive one. The engineering team is excellent and seems to be on standby almost 24/7. Housekeeping has improved and now works very efficiently. Security is strict but has great manners with people. All in all, one of the best apartments in Indonesia.
