The room was spotless, cozy, and well looked after, and housekeeping did a thorough job throughout my stay. The staff made me feel at home with how warm and welcoming they were. Hotel Casa de Luga was peaceful and comfortable, with really good hospitality. I’d happily recommend it.

It’s cozy and has a simple look, with a bit of a Bali feel, and it’s affordable and near my house in cilandak. The bathroom is spacious, the bed is okay, and there’s a hanger and a mirror for doing makeup. We also got two bottles of water for free. Netflix and other shows on the TV were nice to have. The main problem was the noise. The room isn’t soundproof, so I could hear people outside. I also couldn’t get the water heater down to lukewarm, it was too hot for me. There should be a towel or keset by the bathroom, too, because wet feet and dripping water make the floor slippery and dangerous. The rest was okay and good. Hope they fix those issues. Thanks.

I only booked one night to see what the room was like and had planned to stay longer, but the condition put me off. It was damp, with a smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom was dirty and in need of proper maintenance. I’m not sure whether the bed and linen were cleaned properly or just sprayed with perfume to cover the odor. I’ve now got rashes all over my body. The staff and service were great, but the room was in really bad shape.

Even a month after we agreed on a refund, I still haven’t received it. I’d avoid this fraudulent place.
