Sutasoma Hotel at The Tribrata Dharmawangsa

Finding vegetarian food in Jakarta can be a challenge, but the staff made it easy for me. Linda was so sweet and asked about my dietary needs, then arranged a fresh vegetable salad for me every day. The whole team made me feel well cared for. The food, hospitality, and cleanliness were all exceptional. 10/10, highly recommend! ♥️

The hotel was peaceful, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. My room was comfortable and well kept, with a cozy bed, fresh-smelling linens, and complete facilities that all worked properly. Getting there was convenient, and service stayed attentive throughout. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were warm and professional from the start. One of them even called me Liscaa, which made the welcome feel especially personal. I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended 👍

There was plenty for kids to do, with a playground, pool, Playstation, bouncy castle, and other family-friendly facilities. They can also provide a baby cot. We loved the in-room dining, the taste was top notch. The hotel's in a convenient spot near some great cafes and restaurants. It's elegant and luxurious, but the rooms still feel cozy and homey. A perfect place for a family staycation.

Blok A MRT station is only a two-minute walk away, and Aarti Spa is about eight minutes on foot. The location was ideal, and for the price, the stay was worth every penny. We stayed at Sutasoma for three nights for the first time and had a delightful visit. The design was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing. Hot water came in under 5 seconds. Breakfast was delicious, and we were glad we ate there. The menu changed daily and had something for everyone, from Western to Indonesian food. We had lontong sayur, nasi goreng, bubur ayam, chicken katsu, croissants, jamu, juices, and plenty more. Hats off to the chef. The service was spectacular too. Lexi, one of the restaurant waiters, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He greeted me each time and was always friendly. While I was working in the restaurant, he surprised me with complimentary snacks, three bowls of chips. Thank you to the Sutasoma team for such a pleasant experience.
