For what we pay, the stay is comfortable. The staff are welcoming, and the services are complete while still being low-priced.

The room looked nothing like its Agoda photos, and there were so many things in it that couldn't be used. I felt the property was scary and not worthy of being called a hotel. On top of that, even though I'd already booked through Agoda, the receptionist demanded extra money for the room. It was very disappointing, and I felt like I'd been robbed.

The biggest problem was the online price. It was fake, and I had to argue with management for 30 minutes over it. I wasn't the only one, around 15 customers were arguing too. The room had a window blocked by a clothes closet, it was hot, the AC needs servicing or maybe a new one, and the toilet was slippery. Tap water tasted salty, there were no toiletries, and the TV remote didn't work. They also required a 100k deposit per room. Totally disappointed!
