Urbanview de’ Dharmawangsa Suite

SCAM, guys! Be careful, better not to go. It looked nothing like the photos, and the difference was huge. Not worth it. There was just one staff member at the door, sitting at a table. The maid took us straight to a room in a big house. When we entered, there was no key for the room and no TV. Was there even a bathroom? There was only half a bottle of soap left in a small container, like someone had used it already. Oh my God, I’m crying. The room was in the top corner and felt like a maid’s room. Dirty, scary, and uncomfortable. I’ll never come back. I only stayed one hour, after paying 350K for a room like that, and then left. Learn from this and check the reviews first.

Don’t get caught out like I did. The branch looked good on Traveloka, but when we arrived, the room didn’t match the photos. The pool and room were dirty, the sheets were stained, and there was dust everywhere. The AC leaked onto my pants and me while we were in the cupboard. The woman was nice, the service was okay, and the amenities were okay, but the overall atmosphere and facilities were very bad.

De' Dharmawangsa Suite is a beautiful, unique hotel, and the staff are friendly. It was clean, and after a good night’s sleep my tiredness was gone. Thank you, and continued success!

The suites cost 985 thousand, but the room I saw was dusty, dirty, and looked abandoned. There were what seemed like profit nests on the stairs too. I didn't stay the night. Totally inappropriate.
