Urbanview Hotel Vineyard Inn

The room was full of mosquitoes when I arrived, and the paint had lots of black marks and looked really dirty. I was there alone because I had a morning exam at the university next door, and had booked an overnight stay so I wouldn't have to rush in the morning. Instead, the service was awful and I lost twice what the accommodation cost. If I’d known, I would’ve taken GoCar from home to campus and kept my money out of the receptionist's hands. At checkout, the male receptionist said he needed to inspect the room. It took ages, and he checked twice, which had never happened to me before. The second time, he accused me of smoking because he said the room smelled of cigarettes. What? I’m a woman, and I was on my own. They charged me 100 thousand for that. There was also just a little mineral water on the sheets, which is normal, right? They fined me another 150 thousand for that. I felt taken advantage of, like they saw a chance to make money off me. How does someone with no manners like that get hired as a receptionist? I really felt cheated. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Be careful. We were charged a fine over stains on the mattress, and it felt like some kind of inside setup to get extra money. This place seems like a scam. We expected a comfortable stay and got that instead.

The staff were pleasant and quick to respond. Our room was neat, clean, and smelled fresh, with amenities that matched the price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It's also close to the city center, so getting around was easy.
