I was extremely disappointed with this stay, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it. I booked and paid in advance, but when I arrived the manager said there were no rooms and blamed me for booking at the last minute. I thought booking anytime was what the apps were for. I contacted Agoda, and they quickly helped confirm the booking, but sorting it out with the manager took ages. Check-in took more than two hours, and two other guests who'd also booked and paid were told there were no rooms either. There was no water in the bathroom from night until morning. I ended up buying about 20 bottles of 1.5-liter mineral water, which was a waste of money, especially after paying the IDR 200,000 deposit at check-in. The hot water also didn't work properly. The room was cramped and not soundproof, so I could hear street noise in the middle of the night. Parking was tight, and I wouldn't recommend this place for people with small children. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, or shampoo. On the plus side, there are lots of food stalls nearby, there's a refrigerator in the room, and Ambassador Mall is fairly close.

The room itself was nice, but they require a 200-thousand deposit plus an ID card. That deposit costs more than the hotel, and you can't get in without it, even if you've already paid through the app. Staff should be more understanding. An ID deposit should be enough, or they could just ask for 50 thousand.

The employees weren't pleasant. I stayed longer, but they didn't tidy the room unless I asked. The hallway only got cleaned in the afternoon. One worker seemed more focused on doing laundry for extra money than on cleaning the rooms. There was also an employee who dressed sexily and wore contact lenses, posing like that, and their work was terrible. There's a mall nearby, just a walk away, for finding food. The place isn't good for bringing lots of small children, and it's no good if you're coming by car because there's no parking.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the location is convenient. The price was fine too, and the room felt comfortable.
