ZEN Rooms Near Grand Indonesia Mall

The location is really good, and the breakfast is simple. The furniture is old, though that didn’t bother me. It’s fine for a quick stay of a night or two.

The location is good, and most of the guests were locals, but I wouldn’t call this suitable for Japanese people. For a chain hotel, that’s a shame, especially since the reservation emails and other replies were excellent. My stay was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The building is quite old and poorly maintained, and breakfast had few options with nothing particularly tasty. The airport pickup driver arrived over an hour late. At the front desk, I was given a room key for a room another guest was already using. In the next room, the previous guest’s underwear was still in the closet.

It’s clean and comfortable, with fairly spacious parking, and the price is affordable.

Very good, and the customers are satisfied.
