I couldn't sleep because children were shouting loudly all around the hotel. The area felt very local and rough for foreign visitors, and the bathroom had lots of what looked like leprosy and some insects. The shower's hot water barely worked. I regret staying here and won't return.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and for just IDR 130k I got a room with cold AC, a hot shower, working Wi-Fi, and no bed bugs. Good facilities for a low price. Thanks, Zen Rooms, I had a good stay :))
The clean room and very friendly staff made this a nice stay. They also offer coffee and tea by reception as a welcome drink. It's easy to find, with food and shopping nearby, and the historic Pasar Baru, Juanda station, and Sawah Besar station all within fairly easy reach.
The location is convenient, the hospitality was good, and the price was economical. The room was dirty, though, and water from the AC flooded it. There wasn't a water heater.
The room was good for the price, but the shower water wasn't good. Getting to the hotel means going down a narrow little street.
