The cleanliness and security were fine, but I left disappointed because the room wasn't what I'd booked. I got a great price through the OYO app for a standard double, then they gave me a single bed. I had to laugh. When I asked to switch, they said I'd need to pay extra.
The hotel itself is nice, but be careful with the app. The accommodation no longer partners with it, and people who paid there can't get their money back, or get only Rp. 18,000 returned to the app's e-wallet.
The owner is friendly and the place is clean, with lots of room options: single, two-person, four-person, and even family rooms. It's the most comfortable place for work duty in Jambi, and I have to come here for a holiday once a week 😁😁
They used the claim that I was out of town to steer me to a different, pricier hotel. The money I'd paid couldn't be refunded.
This lodging isn't working with OYO or Agonda anymore, so they don't take booking messages through any app.
