The hotel is good overall, but getting to some rooms is difficult with baggage because there’s no ramp. The parking area is also rather small, and it’s outside the main road. The AC needs maintenance. It leaks or has condensation, although the room still stays cold.

For an older hotel, it wasn't bad. Getting to the mall was easy, and downtown was close enough to walk to. The room was roomy and pretty comfortable.

The location was a real plus, with a mall in the same area and tourist spots nearby that you could walk to. Finding places to eat was easy too. The room itself was quite large, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Without a glass shower door, water spread onto the floor in the dry area whenever I showered. The receptionist was vague and a bit dismissive when I asked about the room rate. I also asked for a couple of tea bags at 4am and was told room service would bring them at 7am, but nobody came even by 10am. There was lots of choice at breakfast, though the food tasted really bad.

For 500k rupiahs, I could have found somewhere better. The hotel is close to the business center and connected to the shopping center and hypermart, but it feels old and poorly maintained. The interior shows it, and the bathroom is broken and has no shower curtain. My room smelled bad, and there was a smoke smell in the corridor.
