The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the location is still fine despite being on the outskirts of the city. But there isn't a phone in the room, the TV only has local channels, and the Wi-Fi was very poor. There's just one trash bin, and it's very small.

The room was full of insects, the service was bad, and the hotel is in a flood-prone location. I think an employee cheated us and took our deposit because we were only five minutes late. I've stayed all around this area and never had anything like it.

The interior design is really nice, and I loved the bathroom. It's a fairly good distance from the shopping center and some delicious restaurants. The hotel was very good overall, but you may have to remind the housekeeper to clean your room.

The elevator at least works, but the hotel needs maintenance. The facilities are old, the sheets are stained, and the floor was so dirty. The Wi-Fi was really bad too.

I booked a superior double but got a twin bed instead. There was no water in the washroom, and the room was dirty with trash everywhere. It came with just one towel, no toiletries, and no TV remote. The service was terrible. Not recommended at all.
