YELLO Hotel Jambi

Breakfast had a great range, and the hotel was very well maintained. Ms Lulu attended to us. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but when we entered, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I hope they can improve that.

The service from the staff was top notch, especially mba Lulu, who welcomed us at check-in and check-out. We were in Jambi for our sister's wedding with several family members, and we loved our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. A small welcome drink helped quench our thirst, and I liked the water dispenser and refillable bottles. The kids' playground is small, but it was open Friday through Sunday and my son loved it. There was also a PlayStation in the lobby for us to play. I'd recommend this hotel to others.

The morning dances really caught my attention, and I appreciated Amel's warm service. It was my first stay at the Yello Hotel in Jambi, and I was impressed by its unusual concept. It made for a memorable visit.

The staff were friendly and spoke English from the moment I arrived. Lulu also helped me get a discount by signing up for the hotel's membership. My room was spotless, spacious, and quiet, which is rare in Indonesia. There was a small mix-up with my morning coffee, but the team sorted it out quickly with a refund and some complimentary fruit. Their care for guests really stood out. I'd happily stay at another hotel in the chain and hope for the same level of service. Thanks to Lulu and the team for making the visit so pleasant.
