The staff were very friendly, and I stayed for two days, but the hotel facilities need work. The location is very strategic in the city center. The towels weren't quite right, there was no coffee or tea, and the room's water heater didn't have glasses for the sink. The bathtub wouldn't close, and the shower jet was clogged. Breakfast needs improvement too: please don't reheat food, and it should be possible to order omelets. Thanks again to the friendly staff, it's a shame about the facilities. 🥺

The sitting toilet was broken and had no water, and the room hadn't been cleaned. I was also surprised that the breakfast box promised for 05.30 wasn't ready on time. Disappointing experience.

We only had to stop over during a Bromo Ijen tour and fortunately didn't need to stay the night. The sheets were dirty, the pillows smelled bad, and the bathroom was filthy.

The staff were friendly, but the room was filthy and disgusting. My bed had deep stains and hairs on the fitted sheet when I arrived. The bed smelled so bad that the odor kept waking me whenever my face was on the pillow. I wouldn't have slept there if I hadn't been desperate.

There was lots of street food around at night if that's your kind of dinner, and the Jember train station is nearby. The rooms are spacious, though they need a little renovation to patch things up and get the necessary items back in order. Breakfast was simple but good enough, and the staff were always willing to help. My request for a 12.30pm early check-in was handled on time as requested in the booking. Good value for the price. Keep up the good work, team.
