The staff were good, breakfast was good, and the restaurant has a nice view. The location is okay, though a fair way from activities and shops. Our room faced the pool and was spacious, with enough places to sit, but it was poorly maintained. There was a lot of rust in the bathroom, and unfortunately the bedsheet wasn't clean.

Gidi was incredible, so kind and helpful with everything. He was the receptionist, room attendant, and waiter. The hotel is in a calm area at night, and you can walk to the beach in about 10-15 minutes. I loved the boutique style, the authentic rooms, and the big balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was out of this world, especially with those rooftop views.

The rooftop is spectacular, and the pool area is neat and pleasant. Our room was clean and a good size, with nice blackout curtains, but the back window had no curtain, so light came into the room day and night. The shower drain was clogged with grime and hair, and the toilet paper was nearly gone with no spare roll. Breakfast was tasty and fine. The walk to the beach is lovely, around 10-15 minutes. Checkout left a bad taste: the prices on the rooftop restaurant menu didn't match their system, and we had to pay quite a bit more. It's embarrassing to blame customers when the prices aren't accurate. They should have guests sign the bill after eating so everyone, including reception at checkout, knows the prices. We don't mind paying, but a surprise increase soured the stay.

Everyone was polite and helpful, and our cozy room opened onto the pool. The rooftop terrace is outstanding. It's a lovely, quiet little hotel, though a bit removed from beaches and restaurants, and the surrounding area isn't the best. The food was good, but you can eat much better elsewhere in Bali. Some facilities, including the shower and hairdryer, weren't in great condition. Still, I can recommend this beautiful small hotel.
