The staff were kind and helpful, and staying here felt like being at home. I had a lovely time at the villa and would love to return.
10/10
Good location, a nice pool, and friendly for kids.
2/10
Even though we’d paid and had a baby with us, the guards wouldn’t let us check in at the stated 2 pm time. They came across as arrogant and unfriendly, and seemed to prioritize foreign guests. The villa management brushed off responsibility. Getting a refund was complicated too. What a strange, frustrating mess.
2/10
The guard gave us no clear information, and we couldn’t check in at the time we’d been told. When we asked who was responsible, they blamed the app.
2/10
I made my booking through Booking.com, but they told me I’d been scammed and that they weren’t listed there. They’re scammers. Don’t stay at this house.
