We left Front One Akshaya deeply unhappy and feeling disrespected. We had chosen it to make a special memory for our son's birthday, but the experience spoiled the mood. I can't recommend the hotel after this interaction. Good service matters, but basic respect matters too. My wife asked about upgrading to a room with a balcony and pool access, and the quoted price kept changing as they discussed it. The unclear pricing and communication made the process frustrating and unprofessional. The trouble started at check-in. The staff member dealing with our reservation spoke rudely and condescendingly. My wife felt looked down on, as though her appearance or circumstances meant she wasn't worthy of staying there. It's appalling for front desk staff to make a guest feel poor or beneath contempt. The dining choices stood out, with a range of high-quality dishes. The spa, pool, and fitness center also made it easy to relax. The rooms were spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. From arrival, the welcome felt warm and professional, and the thoughtful details made the visit memorable. A real five-star experience.

The little play area was a big plus for my daughter, who loved having somewhere to play instead of getting bored in the hotel. The staff were so kind, even playing with her as she ran around the hallways. We were in town to visit family and had our best stay here. The pool was clean and refreshing, the bed was comfortable, and I had one of the best showers I've had in Indonesia. The location worked well too. We'll definitely stay again.

The loud music kept disturbing us late into the night, even though we were exhausted and wanted an early night. I also couldn't find the Wi-Fi password. The washroom door had no inside lock or latch, which felt very uncomfortable when staying with family. Otherwise, it was okay.

There are a pool and restaurant among the public facilities, and the food was okay. I stayed in a superior double room, which was clean and comfortable, with working TV channels and a refrigerator. A few minor repairs are needed here and there, such as repainting faded walls that look dirty. Still, it was a nice, cozy stay.
