Harmony Beach Suites

The location is handy for beachfront restaurants, a nearby spa, and town, and I liked the clean, pleasant pool even though it’s small. The stay was good, but felt overpriced for the condition. There’s mold developing in the showers and the bathroom floors need a proper deep clean. The shared kitchen also needs attention, with poor upkeep and not enough dishes or basic cooking supplies. It seems like very little is being put back into keeping the units fresh.

Hamoney Villas is in a peaceful spot right by the beach, which made it easy to relax. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I’d happily stay there again.

The greenery was calming, and the pool had a good depth for both kids and adults. Our room was spacious and had plenty of amenities, so it worked really well for the family. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, with everything close by. W, potato head, mari beach clubs are walkable, and there’s a mini mart plus lots of halal food available on Grab. We’ll definitely come back.

Bad experience. When I called before arriving to ask for a solution, the manager admitted there had been an error, but the 50% taken from my card was never refunded. The hotel manager had arranged a 50% withdrawal through Booking without my permission, then a second withdrawal for the full amount. My reservation said there was no prior payment, and I hadn’t agreed to or been notified about that first charge in the Booking App. I consider taking it without consent unethical and untrustworthy. Also, the place didn’t seem quite like the photos to us, and when we asked for coffee with milk in the morning, they had no milk.
