I had to cancel because of COVID and couldn’t get my deposit back, even though I’d been guaranteed a 100% refund. I would have booked again for next year if they’d kept communicating instead of blocking every way to contact them.

The staff are all friendly and show Bali in its best light. Breakfast and service were top notch, and the staff are amazing.
