Eden The Residence

The villas were lovely, with spacious rooms and a great location, but the service was just as bad. We booked a couple of five-bedroom villas for my 40th. Don’t pay for extras, they charged us without providing what we’d paid for, and there was no way to get a refund. Service was extremely slow, and reaching anyone meant making several calls from the only phone in the kitchen. The washroom drainage was also really poor. Book if you want a nice villa in a good spot, but don’t count on the services.

We were a group of eight and found it great value. Our rooms were large, air conditioned, quiet, and had ocean views from the top floor. The atmosphere was relaxed, away from the busy, noisy areas, though a taxi ride cost $5 or less. The staff at Eden were friendly and helped with everything we asked for. The rooms were enormous and spacious, the pool was beautiful, and the bathrooms looked lovely too. I really couldn’t fault the villa. Ajik hosted us and was perfect, helping with everything we needed. He took us around the streets in the buggy to go shopping and checked in every day to see how we were doing. The team also cleaned and refreshed the rooms daily. Thank you!

We were a family of six and had loads of room to spend time together. The villa at Eden residence Seminyak was stunning and matched the online photos. The friendly, responsive staff made the stay especially good, always happy to help and making us feel like a priority. It was just a short ride to central Seminyak, with lots of places to eat and shop. This was our first visit to Bali, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return.
