Grand Everbright Karawang

Luthfi from the restaurant made breakfast feel especially warm and welcoming, and was so kind and attentive. The breakfast itself was amazing. My room at Novotel Karawang was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Such a wonderful stay, I can’t wait to come back!

Luthfi was so friendly and helpful, and made breakfast even better. The food was great, the staff were super nice, and the whole stay at Novotel Karawang felt really comfortable and chill.

The bathroom was clean, with very hot water and plenty of pressure. I also liked the fast Wi-Fi, the cold AC, and the decent view from my room. The hotel is close to the highway, with a few notable restaurants nearby that work for family visits. Breakfast is the main drawback for me. There isn’t much variety, and it can be difficult if you have dietary restrictions. I also wish there were somewhere to refill water. They provide two free bottles, but charge for extras, which is inconvenient if you get thirsty in the middle of the night. The options are paying the marked-up price for another bottle or going to the nearest convenience store. And, as someone particular about hygiene, I don’t like the automated bidet. I prefer a jet spray.

I’ve been staying at Novotel Karawang for business since July 2024. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with a nice atmosphere, and a good choice for work trips. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ms. Ainun especially gives excellent service and always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommended!
