The theft left us short on money for the rest of our travels and turned what should have been a relaxing holiday into a stressful one. Around $2,000 disappeared from bags in both rooms, from two separate spots. It happened while we were away from the villa or during cleaning. With money taken from both places, it doesn't seem like a coincidence to us. This caused a lot of worry and inconvenience and seriously affected our trip. We hope the villa investigates properly and improves security so other guests don't go through the same thing. It was a very disappointing experience.

The concierge at Villa Clemence made our stay outstanding. They replied within minutes and could arrange anything we asked for, from a cook or driver to spa appointments, a doctor, and groceries. Daily cleaning was included too, and the staff were very nice. We spent two weeks there and had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and looks just like the photos. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away.

We rented it for a week with family and friends, and it was perfect for a relaxed stay. The rooms are big, everything was clean, and the friendly staff came to clean every day. It's away from the main road, so we heard no cars or bikes at all. I'd recommend it.

Money went missing from our room during the stay, and when we reported it, we didn't get a satisfactory explanation or resolution. We can't say who was responsible, but it raised real concerns about security and trust. Guests may want to secure their valuables and be careful. Sadly, the incident affected how we felt about the property, and the stay was unpleasant.
