We won't be coming back. I booked through the OYO app for a stay with my wife and children, hoping for somewhere comfortable and affordable, but the place was a real letdown. Cat feces were right downstairs and upstairs too. It looked like nobody had cleaned it, and we could easily have stepped in it without noticing. The facilities were poor, the door had no lock, and a broken cable ran across the bed. They also took a deposit and, after I checked about it, still didn't return it. They said they'd transfer it. It's not about the amount, it's about keeping the trust that comes with providing a service. If you're thinking of staying, read the reviews first. The homestay needs to improve its cleanliness, facilities, and service.

It's behind the busy Tuparev Kerawang area, in a narrow alley where parking is a hassle. The place is unkempt, with lots of cat feces, and the rooms generally aren't hygienic. It's a mid-range boarding house listed on the app.

I stayed at this boarding house for the first time while passing through on my way to Karawang station. It's simple, but the facilities need more care.

My booking was canceled, I got no refund, and there was no parking or security. I regret ever booking this kind of place. The positive comments should be fixed on the account involved. I hope it closes soon instead of letting down more people.

I canceled because there was nowhere to park, but my money wasn't returned. I hope nobody chooses to stay here. I even find myself praying that the owner won't live long, amen.
