Primebiz Hotel Karawang

After a hectic day of meetings, I only needed somewhere for the night. I checked in at 23.00, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. He handled my request to switch the double bed to twin beds very well. The hotel is well located and suits a business trip. The room amenities and clean linen were good, though I may have been given a smoking room because there was a smoky smell. Thank you.

The shuttle took around 30mins to collect me from a place less than 5kms away. Breakfast choices were very limited, though the food tasted good. Smoke smells were noticeable everywhere, even on the pillows, towels, and bed cover, so they should separate smoking and non-smoking rooms. Cleanliness wasn’t great, and service was pretty average. The location is near mini markets.

The billiard table costs extra, while the swimming pool is free. I was in Karawang for business at AHM, and it was close enough to walk to the factory. My room was clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The TV was the downside: the picture kept going blurry, and I had to wiggle the cable to get a decent signal. Otherwise, it was nice.

The shower was awkward because you have to stand under the water while adjusting the temperature. The room was very clean and comfortable, and despite being near the toll road, the location was really quiet with no traffic noise.
