The mattress is terrible, and the bathroom is filthy with a broken shower. The service is so bad that it makes customers wary.

I really like how friendly the staff are, but the room isn’t clean and there are stains on the walls. The spring mattress is noisy whenever you get on it, which is annoying. The bathroom door makes a huge noise, so please fix it. Please fix all the bedroom doors too, they have gaps that let me see inside.

I’m happy with the service. They really care about their customers!

I booked through Agoda because the room looked beautiful in the app, but it was ugly, dirty, and smelly in person. It was small and not like the app’s description. The toilet smelled, and the floor was dirty all the way from the lobby to the room. There were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches, the AC wasn’t cold, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. It was a miserable stay. It seems like people only stay here for an hour. For a family vacation, I’d look somewhere else.
