On my second stay at Hotel Tiga ER near Karawang Central Plaza, I was there for three nights. The room was decent, clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and check-in was quick. Staff were accommodating but not especially friendly. The WiFi, AC and TV all worked fine. Still, the water smelled strongly of iron, the bed wasn't made during my stay, and they didn't leave any extra bottled water. It's an affordable, practical place if you only need somewhere to sleep, but full hotel service isn't what to expect.

The place itself is comfortable, but the administration and management need a lot of work. Google Maps links to ReDoorz for booking. My balance was deducted after I completed the transaction, but I never got confirmation that the booking went through. The hotel told me to contact their bank. The hotel should check all its apps and the agencies it still works with so this doesn't happen again and cause problems for more people. Thank you.

The parking is inside the hotel, spacious, and watched over by security, so it feels secure. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Shampoo and soap are there, so you only need to bring your own. Best of luck!

I booked through an app, but when I arrived the receptionist didn't respond. They also said single people weren't allowed to stay. I was very disappointed, this is nowhere near RedDoorz standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

For the price, it's well worth it. The lobby smells lovely and looks beautiful, and the rooms are clean with toothbrushes and drinking water provided. Just note that this is a Sharia-compliant hotel, so only married couples can check in.
