There was hair all over the bedsheet. Nobody cleaned the room, the toilet smelled, and the floor was dirty.

The place is nice, but there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. If you don't ask room service to clean, they won't change the bedding or clean the room.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the place is right in the city center. The AC could've been colder, and there were mosquitoes and no fragrance. The staff deserve five stars, though: I left something behind, and they kept it safe and returned it to me 🙏🏻
