Lombokhouse Mandalika

After a long search in kuta Lombok, Lombokhouse mandalika felt like a miracle. Mold and cleanliness were a big problem elsewhere, and my strong allergies to mold and dust had made me very sick while searching. We ended up staying for one month and two weeks. The second-floor rooms are amazing, really big, with incredibly comfortable beds and blankets. Sleeping there was the best part of our stay. There was also a nice TV, living room, and kitchen. The 180 balcony was a daily blessing, with nature to admire at every time of day and night. It’s a little outside kuta, away from the center's chaos, but you definitely need a scooter to get around. This was our best and longest stay in kuta, and the best one of our trip. The staff are lovely, and the owners are warm-hearted and so helpful. We’re very grateful to lombokhouse mandalika for having us, especially Veronica, who really cared about making our stay the best! ❤️❤️

We accidentally booked a room that couldn't fit four people, so we had to move to another hotel. The owner of Lombokhouse Mandalinka was patient and exceptionally kind. She went out of her way to help, even driving us to the new hotel in her car. The staff were also very helpful with check-in and our questions. Thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality! 🥰

It was easy to get around the Mandalika/Kuta area from here, and I’d happily come back. The owners and staff made the stay feel personal, with a warm welcome and good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. They also helped arrange a motorbike rental. The clean, comfortable property had a really relaxed feel, just right for unwinding after exploring or surfing. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived about 20 minutes after booking around 11 PM, during an emergency after changing hotels twice. The staff had everything ready and helped us immediately. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and prepared well. The owner was quick to respond and sorted out whatever we needed, from a surfing lesson to transport and a taxi. The place is thoughtfully set up too, with hot and cold water, a shared fridge, scooter parking, and spots for helmets. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
