There’s even a cute cat living on the property, which made the place feel extra welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the friendly, attentive staff helped me feel comfortable throughout my wonderful stay. I’d definitely come back.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the place itself is modern, very clean, and well equipped. Being right on the main road made it handy for getting around the Ubud area, though it isn't central. Sleep was the big problem. We could hear neighbors snoring through the walls, and motorcycles outside were loud at night. A rooster nearby sometimes started at 2 a.m., and by 5 a.m. it was quiet no longer. Earplugs only helped a little. We arrived at 9:45 p.m. and, by the time we'd checked in and been shown to the room, it was after 10. The restaurant had closed, so we couldn't order food. It would've helped if someone had asked at check-in whether we wanted to eat. Communication could be tricky too, since some staff spoke very little English. We hardly used the pool, and with the nights so unrestful, the price didn't feel justified by the comfort. I think we could've slept better somewhere quieter for less.

The room had a warm feel, with wood paneling on the walls, and looked newly renovated. Nights were quiet too. We really liked the hotel and will definitely come back when we visit Ubud. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Getting around was easy, with convenience stores a short walk away and downtown areas an easy ride from the hotel. We arrived in Bali around 1 a.m., and the staff helped arrange airport pickups. The front desk is open 24 hours, and they lent us an outlet adapter when we realized we'd forgotten ours. Our room was very clean and didn't have the strange smell some other guests mentioned. The staff were lovely and attentive. We'd be happy to return on our next trip.
