The place is cheap, centrally located, and cleaned once a week. But the infrastructure is poor, from the roof to the doors and windows, and the appliances and furniture are low quality. The interior is damaged. The landlord's behavior felt irrational and arbitrary, simply unprofessional. Management and maintenance staff were extremely incompetent, and the neighbors were loud and aggressive, seeming not to care. Conflict feels inevitable in that setting. You may save at first, but then spend more on products and services to make up for the place's shortcomings. It's impossible to feel at ease in such a hostile environment. Do yourself a favor and look nearby, paying $100-200 more a month to live in harmony. Low-income housing for the working class, Russian DJ's & Influencer's.

A lovely family runs this place, with big two-level rooms and a deep pool, all for smart money. There's parking on site. It isn't very close to the road to the beach, but bikes are available to rent. Plenty of shops are around, including a small market at the residence entrance, and the fun spots and big discotheques aren't too far.

The owner, Sudiartha, and his family are fantastic, kind people who made our stay really comfortable. Breakfast is ordered and brought to the room, and there's everything needed for cooking too. The room is incredible, with a large TV, a beautiful shower with strong hot water, and a lovely pool. It's a calm little oasis in busy Seminyak, and outrageously well priced. I'd recommend it!

The owner and employees are friendly and very helpful. The villas are spacious, the pool is good, and the location is relatively quiet, set back from the main road. Modern Scooby scooters can be arranged through reception for 60,000 rupiah/day. WiFi can be patchy in some spots, though it works best around reception and the pool.

AW Residence is a family-run place, and the staff are amazing. They're helpful and do their best to make the stay great. The rooms are big, the pool is awesome, and the price is the best for a place to stay in Bali. Great location too, just a 5-minute walk to eat street Seminyak. Five stars, and I can’t wait to come back.
