The room was huge, with plenty of space to unpack, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the private, peaceful outdoor bathroom, and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast brought to the room and served on the outside decking was incredible. The location gave us both peace and convenience, with the beach, mall, restaurants, corner stores, and everything else within walking distance. It was clean, and I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We were in the back right two-room villa. The polished concrete throughout the property was dangerously slippery, and we had a few near misses, though luckily nobody was hurt. There were also leaks through the roof into the rooms. The toilet waste was leaking too, and it never got fixed despite us mentioning it several times.

I stayed in a two-bedroom villa and have had no response to any of my repeated emails since. It’s been seven months, with no reply, apology, or sign of concern. The only thing the hotel seemed interested in was getting back a pillow that had supported my badly injured leg at checkout. Their silence and lack of accountability are appalling. When I got out of the pool, I tripped on a broken deck board and slipped on the dangerously polished concrete patio. I dislocated my ankle and broke my leg. After five days in hospital, I was flown home for surgery. Seven months on, I’m still in pain every day, walking is hard, and I have ongoing medical appointments. The physical, emotional, and financial toll will stay with me for life. This has permanently affected my quality of life. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Be extremely careful around the pool area. It’s dangerously slippery, and I’ve since learned this is a known issue at the hotel. The negligence and refusal to take responsibility are inexcusable.

We had the best week in this cute little apartment. It was easy to get everywhere, breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing. Perfect for our stay in Seminyak / Canggu.
