Deva Amerta Apartemen

The room looks nice and has plenty of space. Breakfast is included, though it’s usually the same eggs and toast, and there’s free coffee and tea. Wi-Fi is okay. Privacy was the main issue: voices carry from other rooms, and so much of the wall is glass that I didn’t feel private. The door lock is awkward to use, and there’s no cold drinking water.

There were visible stains on the bed linens, and the sink in our room wouldn’t drain right. Wi-Fi kept dropping out and was terrible. The staff spoke very little English, so it was hard to communicate. The whole hotel feels badly worn, with mold everywhere and a strong damp, musty smell.

It was way too crowded up there, and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We booked four days at Deva Amerta Apartment, but left after just one because the room was unacceptable. It was dirty and dusty, with mold on the walls and stained sheets that looked unwashed. The property was nowhere near the standard shown in its description and photos, which I found seriously misleading. Even though we didn’t stay for the remaining time, we couldn’t get even half our money back. This felt like a scam.
