The location is great, with easy access to the best shops near the sea. The rooms are big, clean and smell quite new. The pool on the fifth-floor roof was okay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the design feels luxurious, stylish and classy.

The location is excellent, but being close to nightclubs meant a lot of noise. I booked a suite for ten days and had confirmed the room on WhatsApp before arriving, but was given a different one because I was told the original wasn't available. Check-in itself was quick and the receptionist was helpful; we got into the room within minutes. The hotel feels run-down, with old, dilapidated furniture and dim, gloomy lighting. The room was large, but the pool was out of service to guests for my entire stay. I was charged 400,000 Rupiah over dirty towels, which has never happened to me at another hotel. You can find better alternatives for the same price. This hotel isn't cheap.
