K Villas by Premier Hospitality Asia

The pool was just what we needed after a day out, and we loved it. Breakfast was brilliant every day, with plenty of variety and lots of fruit. We stayed recently and found the villa amazing, with a lovely sense of seclusion from the busy world outside.

It felt like home, with lovely decor and loads of space, and the villa was even better than I expected. The garden and pool were beautiful, while the location stayed quiet and still kept us close to everything. The staff were so kind and attentive, always checking that we had what we needed. A perfect stay!

The staff made our stay feel special. Gede And Tika were so welcoming and attentive without hovering, and the villa manager made sure we had what we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, with lovely linens and private outdoor areas. Each morning we woke to peaceful sounds of nature, which made the place feel like our own little retreat. Villa K Central in Seminyak was a wonderful mix of modern comfort and traditional Balinese charm. The open living space was generous and flowed into a lush garden and private pool. It was peaceful but only a short drive from beaches, towns, and local attractions, so we could relax and explore Bali easily. We had an incredible, almost magical stay and can’t wait to return. I’d happily recommend Villa .K Central to anyone after a peaceful, luxurious getaway.

The villa manager Gede was lovely, but there wasn’t much he could do about the problems. The pool pump and filter didn’t work for six of our seven days, and the spa was unusable. For us, the pool is one of the biggest parts of choosing and enjoying a good Bali villa. There were holes in towels and sheets too, but we might have overlooked those if the pool had worked. Given what we paid, it would have felt great at half the price. After staying in many villas over 20 years at different price points, this one didn’t meet expectations. Through our booking agency, I negotiated compensation with the owners, who agreed to a partial refund and even asked for my bank details. Then they stopped communicating without paying anything. They won’t even answer calls from Agoda anymore.
