I spent a month here and think it’s a great place to live in the Seminyak area for the price. It’s cozy and quiet, with AC, hot water, a pool, cleaning, a desk, and parking. Since the guesthouse is set up for longer stays, I had to bring my own towels and kitchen things like a portable stove and utensils. There’s lots of greenery around, so spiders or beetles can sometimes get into the room if you leave the doors open. They’re harmless, though.

The owner is kind, and help is always quick to arrive when you need it. The pool is big enough for a proper swim, rather than just for show, and the furnishings and interior make the place feel homey. It’s a lovely spot to relax among the swaying trees. Set in an upscale housing complex, it’s quiet and away from Bali traffic.
