OYO 2694 Villa Ulun Kubu No 3

The water supply was a serious problem during my stay. Without water, basic things became extremely inconvenient, and I had to postpone important activities and appointments. It disrupted my schedule and left me dissatisfied with the hotel. I also want to recognize the idea of an all-female hotel, which can help female travelers feel secure and comfortable. But around 10 pm, a staff member kept knocking on our door without saying anything. When I asked, he said he was checking the Wi-Fi, although we hadn’t requested help with it. I understand reliable internet matters, but that late visit felt intrusive and potentially unsafe. Guest privacy and safety are especially important in an all-female hotel. Please review how staff approach guests, particularly in the evening, so the hotel can remain secure and respectful. I hope these concerns are addressed and that you’ll share what steps you plan to take to improve the guest experience.

Maintenance could be better. When I arrived at night, the entrance lights were out, though they came back on the next day. Water from the sink faucet was very slow at first, but the caretaker fixed it after I told them. Parking is very limited. I rented a 3-bedroom villa with a small pool. Beside it there was a family room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and kitchen set, plus a water dispenser and refrigerator. The villa was quite clean, and I was fairly satisfied overall.

The villa was so comfortable for a relaxing break, and the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel expected. The cleaning was top-notch, everything sparkling. We had a wonderful time at the Ulun Cubu Villa! There’s a nearby cafe called Krutaya for breakfast, highly recommended ☺️

I’d advise people not to stay here. There’s no running water, and you can’t get anywhere because the owner can’t be reached to cancel. The pool wasn’t working either, and the pillows were dirty. This is the worst villa, and the reviews here are really bad.
