Breakfast and lunch at The Kayana's restaurant were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, and the spa was cozy and beautiful. I had an amazing massage there. The room was very comfortable, with no noise at all despite the villa being right in the heart of Seminyak, and the pool was bliss after a hot day out. Every detail felt impeccable. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, with big smiles, and ready to chat and share stories and facts if you felt like talking. We felt so cared for. The reception team was always happy to help, and the restaurant staff were delightful too. Thank you guys, you made our stay unforgettable. I'll definitely come back!

The private pool was clean, but the mosquitoes outside were a lot, and the one mosquito coil they provided wasn't enough. The AC was cold, and the smart TV let us watch YouTube or Netflix. It's a clean, nice resort, but I'd probably not return because of the mosquitoes outdoors. We spent one night at the Kayana Seminyak villa. The atmosphere was peaceful and zen. Check-in was quick even though we arrived before the standard time, and they served a welcome drink. We tried the romantic couple massage, which was great, with 20% discount and a free gift. Breakfast was decent, with a choice of four sets rather than a buffet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a good mix of food nearby, plus Shishi lounge and nightclub and the red Ruby club.

The staff made our stay so much better. They helped arrange scooter rental and airport drop off, and were great with restaurant room service too. I'd recommend staying here.

The whole place is kept clean, and you can tell the staff look after it. They were so kind, welcoming, and quick to help. My husband and I loved the food, too. Everything we ordered was worth every cent. 5 STAR ROOM, 5 STAR FOOD & 10 STAR SERVICE!! Thanks to all the staff for the respect, service, and kindness. Our Bali experience was truly elevated by our stay at the Kayana Seminyak.

We had about 12 hours with no water to the villa. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to help, and the location was excellent, with almost everything within walking distance. The private villas are lovely, though they're showing their age and could use a little TLC.
