For a few nights between plans or while passing through, this place does the job. It’s cheap and clean, and Umalas is quiet. There are more than 50 restaurants and warung within five minutes, and Canggu and the beach are also about five minutes away if you know the shortcut. Getting around is easy with a motorbike and some familiarity with Bali’s roads. There isn’t much service, though. At $9, what would you expect? I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
