The staff were exemplary, and their recommendations were spot on. They arranged a chef, bike hire, and baby gates, and the well-equipped villa was cleaned daily. We’re a family of nine, aged 3-72, and Tim answered emails so promptly. The villa sits just three minutes off the road, so it’s very quiet but still close to everything if you want to be out and about. We’ve made many trips to Bali over 35 years, and this villa ranks among the best. I can’t believe anyone would complain about noise from Mexicola. We had to strain to hear it while trying to guess song names and artists, and with your own music on or in the bedrooms, there’s absolutely no chance of hearing Mexicola.

We came back to Villa Aqua for a second family stay in early May, and they’d added an extra bedroom since our last visit, which is great for a large group. The villa, location, and staff have everything you need. We had the chef cook a couple of nights, and the meals were delicious. I’d asked for groceries to be ready when we arrived, and the staff kindly took care of it. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole family had a great time. Thanks so much, Tim. I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We held our work Christmas party here and arranged a balloon entrance, which was such a nice touch. The villa manager and staff were always helpful, and they made tea and coffee every morning. We hadn’t known there’d be a security guard, so that was another plus. The property was amazing, and we were blown away by how wonderful the villa was. The pool is huge, with an outdoor pool table and lots of outdoor seating. The location is perfect, and Seacircus is very close. We ate breakfast there quite a few times, and it was an amazing experience. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone.

It’s quiet, cozy, and beautiful here, and the pool is really cool too. The host is nice and the staff are friendly. There are local shops close by, plus a minimart and pharmacy just a three-minute walk away.
