I’m staying at this villa avatar / catur kembar right now with my 2 minor kids and 2 elderly relatives for CHRISTMAS, and it’s been miserable. The place is severely damaged. The AC in three bedrooms doesn’t cool, and in one room it’s very hot because the unit produces nothing but hot air. There’s also an ongoing loud noise from somewhere in the villa as I type, buzzing every two or three minutes. The dispenser’s cold water isn’t working, and the technician arrived two hours late to fix it. I asked for a refund, but they flat-out refused to return my money. What a disgrace. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Thanks for the stay. The upstairs bedroom was so hot I couldn't bear it, and with every other room occupied, I had to sleep in the theater room. Please make improvements to the villa.
