We'd happily come back on our next trip to Bali. It's a lovely, quiet place to relax by either of the two great pools, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the chef cooked delicious meals to suit our choices, including local dishes.

It seems like paradise, but it was really hell. There was no hygiene and it was far too dirty, so it wasn't suitable for children. The manager Mr Ives and host Uhud were very stroppy.

The staff were super nice, the villa was lovely, and the location was good. Some areas need renovation, including the outdoor and pool lights and some furniture. All in all, a nice place!
