Our maid Tina was so kind and helpful. She cooked and cleaned really well and even took our clothes to the laundry. Villa mitsouko is peaceful and lovely. This place is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa. It has a large pool, a garden, and open spaces, and the beach and Mari beach club are a 10-15 minute walk away. The welcome drink and cold towel were a nice touch, and staff showed us around the property and explained the amenities. They could also make local breakfast the next morning, which was good, and they were helpful.

We felt right at home in the cozy accommodations, and the service was flawless. The views were breathtaking and the amenities felt lavish. Our stay at Villa Mitsouko surpassed what we expected and made for an unforgettable, indulgent getaway. We highly recommend it for a medium-sized family.

We stayed 11 nights recently, and this villa was extremely disappointing for the price. The kitchen was dirty and unhygienic, and the dishcloths were filthy. My husband cooked breakfast there each morning and was electrocuted twice while using the mini toasting oven. Staff seemed more interested in standing around using the villa’s free wifi than doing their jobs. We contacted the villa about how disappointed we were, but they seemed disinterested and more focused on relying on their previous reviews. We love Bali and have stayed there before, but we wouldn’t recommend this villa.

We felt unsettled as soon as we arrived. The rooms were very dirty, and ours had large stains across the back wall. The grass and garden looked like they hadn’t been tended for months. Our housemaid stayed around most of the day to use the wifi, even after we told her she didn’t need to stay. The villa is quite far from any road, yet it was noisy at night. There’s more, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
