Pentagon Villa had everything we needed and more, and it was great for our big family group. The maid was so kind and helpful, and looked after us with such caring manners. The owner was incredible, and so was the butler. Thank you, Pentagon team. We miss you and would come back again and again!

The butler was very friendly and polite, but the owner wasn’t very responsive during our stay. When we checked in, the place wasn’t clean, especially the bathrooms. The shower and faucets were in bad condition and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years.

The sheets hadn’t been washed after the previous guests, and there was mould and dust everywhere. We complained, but they didn’t care. A terrible villa. Save your money for somewhere cleaner and better.

The pool was nice, and the rooms were large and clean, though the furniture was minimal. The location is good, close to lots of places to eat and go out. The bathrooms were really old, with terrible shower faucets.

I had a wonderful time with everyone working at Pentagon Villa. The place is really good and the service was great. The butler was very friendly. Just wanted to say thank you for treating us so well.
