The villa has loads of room, and I liked having separate wardrobes and sinks. The sheets were really comfortable and smelled lovely, and they even left an adapter in the room in case you forgot yours. The staff were friendly, helped us settle in despite our late arrival, checked in by message the next morning, and happily brought more coffee when we ran out. There were several things that let it down, though. One sink didn't work, and the shower had heavy calcium buildup. I wanted to scrub the shower head with vinegar as soon as I arrived, and the glass door and inside of the toilet were dirty too. The tub looked like it would be lovely to use, but the lack of cleanliness put me off. There were ants all over the bathroom, crawling on us while we did makeup or sat on the toilet. The pool was fun and where we spent a lot of time, but we kept stepping into a hole in the middle of the bottom, and one of the pool lights was out. The villa's entrance door didn't feel very secure either. There was meant to be a restaurant, but it wasn't operating. The place is a bit far from the main attractions. A 15-minute walk down the street gets you to local à la carte food and a mini mart for snacks and drinks. For a budget stay, it could be a good choice. I'd recommend learning to ride a scooter and renting one, since walking along the road feels less safe. Villa Victoria seems like it may have been better in its prime, but it feels old now and short on proper care.

We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back. The rooms are beautiful and roomy, with a private pool and a great dining area. A few things could be better: some shade near the pool would keep the sun loungers dry after rain, and the villa could use activities. Maybe there are some, but reception never mentioned them. The restaurant could also offer more dishes, especially vegetarian ones.

The staff were helpful, the service was very good, and the area was easy to get around from. It was about 20 minutes from the airport and close to a main spot in a nice neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and had a TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator shared with the other villa. The pool and kitchen were also shared. Since the second room was vacant while we were there, we had those to ourselves. Room service was available whenever we needed it. This was a luxury stay at a reasonable price. Breakfast costs extra, and although they can arrange a cab, I'd recommend using the Grab app. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was huge and had a nice pool, but the pool tiles had green mold and the water didn't look very clean. There was calcium buildup on the shower head and all over the kitchen cutlery, and one sink faucet didn't work at all.

The staff were friendly, and the private pool was lovely. I stayed in a one-bedroom villa with my husband for our honeymoon. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom and bathtub were clean, though the toilet had a bit of a bad smell. Breakfast was okay, but there were just two choices and we could pick only one. They cooked it after we ordered, and there wasn't a buffet.
