The villa types are divided into four such as Deluxe One Bedroom Villa, Super Deluxe One Bedroom Villa and Suite Three bed room villa. All villas are facilitated with private Living room and swimming pool.

I’m asking the hotel to explain what happened and take responsibility, and to act promptly so other guests don’t face the same problem. After checking in, my children swam in the afternoon. That evening, their feet began hurting, and the soles looked red and irritated. They swam again the next morning, after which things got worse: sharp pain and stinging, and they struggled to walk because putting weight on their feet hurt. We were alarmed that this reaction became so severe in under a day. I reported it to reception. They said the pool is treated before guests arrive, but the water looked unclean, and given the reaction my children had, I’m not convinced the pool is being maintained thoroughly or to a reasonable standard. We’d appreciate a clear explanation and proper follow-up on this incident.

The staff made this stay stand out. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the manager was especially kind, approachable, and helpful throughout. The villa itself was stunning, too, and I had a wonderful time. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would definitely come back. Such an unforgettable experience!

Villa No. 9 was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, and the manager and staff were very kind and helpful during our stay. I was there with my 9-month-old baby and didn’t encounter anything unusual or disturbing like what another review mentioned. It felt perfect for a family, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Our main plan was to relax indoors, and Villa 1 suited that well: it was in good shape, clean, and free of stains. The villa looked like its photos, which was a nice change. Still, the shared pool was empty, and parts of the exterior seemed unfinished. Our pool water also wasn’t clean, as I saw in the negative reviews here. We also had a security concern: there was no safe or lockable room for our belongings.

Very disappointing. It was cheap, but old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The rooms had nothing in them, not even a fork, and they charged me extra over a “dirty towel.”
